Rivets and knife fragment, iron. Iron rivets, including possible boat rivets, have been found in many archaeological sites dating to the 10th–14th centuries.
Scythe, iron. In Saaremaa, scythes have been found in several stone graves with cremations (e.g. Mägi 2002, Pl. 11: 9, 39: 6, 46: 6). It is not impossible that some of the scythes from the cemeteries actually date from the historical period.
