The Osiliana Archaeological Database presents artefacts from Saaremaa and the surrounding small islands.
The database contains mainly Iron Age and Medieval finds that can be classified.
Undated metal or other pieces were generally excluded from the database.
Ceramics are represented by isolated examples.
The database is a work in progress and is constantly being updated.

Openwork cross-shaped pendant, copper alloy. Cross pendants were in Estonia mainly used in the end of the 12th century and in the 13th century (see e. g. Kurisoo 2011, 227–228, fig. 23:59). Similar cross-shaped pendants are known from several places in Saaremaa, but also in Mainland-Estonia, including some finds in 13th-century inhumation graves.
